Does Wegovy need to remain refrigerated while travelling?

Not necessarily in every situation.

The Australian Product Information permits Wegovy to remain outside refrigeration for up to 28 days, provided the temperature does not exceed 30°C.

This may be suitable for a shorter trip when:

• The entire period is within the permitted 28 days;
• The medicine can reliably remain below 30°C;
• It will be protected from light and excessive heat;
• Your pharmacist confirms that the plan is appropriate.

How to pack Wegovy in an iCool bag
