RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY


At MedActiv Australia, we take pride in the quality, safety, and performance of our products. Our cooler bags and accessories are designed to meet the highest standards for transporting temperature-sensitive medication.


Returns

Due to the nature of our products (used for transporting temperature-sensitive medication), we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, all Medactiv and Lifeina items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty:

  • Any product that has been used or removed from its original packaging
  • Products exposed to temperature-sensitive medication

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping charges and PayPal fees are non-refundable unless the product is deemed faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive your item damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately (within 3 days) with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.


Variations in temperature

When you are moving the LifeInaBox you will often have variations in temperature as it is constantly adapting to changing humidity and ambient temperature. LifeInaBox always needs enough breathing space under the device for the air to circulate. Users who take their LifeInaBox in a car often place it on an uneven surface or on a carpet, thus inhibiting the flow of air under the device. If they place it on a carpet, dust from the carpet will be sucked in by the fan and will eventually block the fan, causing the device to overheat.

If you hear your fan making a funny sound, or the device is beeping continuously, or the temperature is no longer between 2 and 8°C, it means that your LifeInaBox fan is obstructed, and you then need to send your device back to Lifeina, at your cost, to have us overhaul your device. This overhaul is free and we will send the device back to you within a week, but you will be responsible for send the device to us at your own cost.


Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning non-faulty items. For faulty items, we will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.


Warranty Returns

All products purchased from Medactiv and Lifeina come with a 12-month warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover damages caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
