Uwe is the founder of MedActiv and a specialist in medical diagnostics and temperature-monitoring technologies. He is the inventor and patent holder of multiple medical devices that underpin MedActiv’s global medication transport and cold-chain solutions.

Carol-Anne Jones

Managing Director – MedActiv Australia (Melbourne)

Carol-Anne leads MedActiv Australia, partnering with pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and clinical trial teams. She focuses on patient-centric cold-chain solutions across patient support programs, clinical trials, and field-based healthcare services.

Professor Olaf Diegel

Chief Technology Officer (Auckland)

Olaf leads MedActiv’s product innovation and engineering. An internationally recognised expert in additive manufacturing, he has contributed to the development of dozens of healthcare products and is also a Professor of Additive Manufacturing at the University of Auckland.

Lily Lin

Lily oversees MedActiv’s global operations, supply chain, and financial management. With over 20 years’ experience in healthcare logistics and operations, she ensures MedActiv products are delivered reliably to markets worldwide.
